Dear Friends of Ael Y Bryn, Llangwyryfon Country Breaks.
Well, what extraordinary and challenging times we have all witnessed during these past few months, but right now we are just delighted to be open and returning to some sense of normality.
Our first priority is to keep everyone as safe as possible, that’s you our guests, but also our team. We see this as a partnership of trust, so we ask that when you do come and see us to please play your part in keeping everyone safe. In return we will all be doing the same for you. This is new territory for us too, we would ask you to be patient with the staff, there is a chance some things might be a little less snappy than usual whilst we all get used to the new way of doing things!
We want summer at Ael Y Bryn to be as normal as possible - but as you will expect we have carried out a risk assessment and made some changes to the way we do things. We are confient that you will never come into contact with another guest while you stay with us. The only communal area is the stair case. Otherwise all facilities are separate and for your use only. We hope by working this way we can keep everyone as safe as possible.
A word about our community. There are mixed feelings about opening the community to visitors and people are rightly anxious. We have all made sacrifices and some more than others. We wouldn't want to do anything that puts our community at risk. The Welsh Government are convinced it is the right time to start welcoming people back to the area but we will keep a very very close eye on things and will not hesitate to close if we need to. We ask all our guests to respect that we may need to cancel your booking at short notice and please be patient with the local people. Please observe all social distancing and other rules, they are there for the protection of all concerned.
Finally and above all, thank you all for the unfailing support throughout the past few months - we couldn't have done it without you!
